On tap at Tasty Weasel.
A-- Looks like a standard IPA; though a bit more on the darker copper side.
S-- Pleasant. Mango, soft hops.
T-- Nicely balanced. The malts emerge here, just enough. Where Dale leans caramel, this one veers fig.
MF- Leans to the sticky side, which I like. Perhaps more so than from the can if memory serves correct.
O- This is special. I already love Dale. This is like Dale on Steroids. Never tried Steroids, but maybe I should.
Serving type: on-tap

Born on date : 4/24/14 - Enjoyed 7/27/14
A: Honey colored with 1 finger of white head. The head settles relatively quickly. The can includes a very obvious, and readable, born on date on the bottom!
S: Piney and floral. There are mild hints of citrus. As it warmed I got more grassy smells.
T: Sweet on the front of the tongue. The finish is piney and grassy with just a hint of bitter.
M: Smooth and easy to drink. The carbonation is low.
O: Great overall beer. All of the parts play well together. Only a slight hint of the 8% ABV. This beer is complex and has lots of flavors going on. Also the bitterness is kept in check - which I like.
