This AmeriCAN take on the Belgian Classic Wit, featuring orange peel and coriander spice emanated from the basement blues music legacy Dave McIntyre (Oskar Blusologist) built at the original Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in Lyons, CO. On draft for over a decade, Priscilla's zesty citrus and light fresh baked bread aromas mix with spicy, fruity fermentation. Light bodied with a subtle savory spice accent and a dry, lightly tart finish you can nearly feel the flicker of the neon and sounds of the King. White Wit Wheat.

Canned 7/18/16; drank 9/25/16 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy yellow/orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE, noisy white head; decent lace.
Banana, apple, mild caramel & faint clove notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Banana & apple flavors up front; mild caramel & faint clove notes on the finish.
Soft & pleasant with a mild bite;I enjoyed this.

On can. Pale golden colour, small head with medium retention, good lace. Aroma of orange peel, coriander, cloves, pepper. Medium body, sticky texture, good carbonation. Taste of cloves, coriander, oranges, pepper. A decent belgian with style.

Not expecting much since it's canned in 6/24/16 almost two years ago. Poured into a standard pint
Wow I expected sediment but got a 1/2 of froth atop a very hazy bright yellow beer looks as fresh as canned! Bready grassy wheat smell mostly standard fanfare of the style. Actually quite good a bit more lemon flavor than the standard blue moon with orange and coriander flavors highlighting. Body is pretty light to medium easy to sip or crush.
Overall I got to hand it to these guys its not a bad beer and holds the test of time. Well worth the dollar I spent on the can!

This is a hard one to pin down. Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Cloudy yellow with good head and lacing. Sweet bready smell. Sweet grass, lemon taste. A bit watery but a good beer.

Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma had some bready, honey biscuit notes and spicy coriander. Taste is sweet at first with wheat and coriander notes, quite spicy overall, even some hops on the finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Really decent wheat ale, just a bit too spicy for my taste.
