A: Cloudy amber/dark peach color. White, clumpy head, sticks to the glass. Great lacing...
S: Sweet malt smells like brown sugar and caramel. Slight woodsy smell, but I'm surprisingly get a lot of sweet malt.
T: Caramel and slight toasty malts there that finishes with a bright, tingly citrus flavor, mostly grapefruit. Hops are earthy, getting some hop oils. Bitterness on the tongue, with some alcohol warmth. A little astringent. A lot of flavors going on but they come and go so fast, I can't remember them long enough to write them down.
M: Tingly, fizzy on the tongue. Carbonated, with alcohol warmth.
D: Out of all of Oskar Blue ales, this one is probably my favorite. It drinks really well out of the can, and it does have a great hop flavor to it. Great beer.

A: poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, red brown colored with a large foamy offwhite head that lingers leaving good lacing, clear
S: heavy on hops, earth, pine, citrus , grapefruit, breast malt sweetness, tangy and mouth watering
T: pine bitterness up front, bitter at first with a lemon quality, sweetens to honey and slight raisin flavors, hint of heavy alcohols and esters
M: medium to full with good carbonation, slight alcohol presence
O: nice balance of bitter mixed with quite sweet maltiness
