Cellar temperature in a tulip. Mine was canned on August 15th, 2013. Things often arrive already half a year old here...
Huge three-finger, off-white head. Great retention and lacing. The beer's a crystal-clear amber orange.
An aroma of dank and piney hops, caramel, honey, and orange.
Tastes like zesty orange at first. Then the piney hops start to assert themselves. The finish provides a sensation of bread and honeyed biscuits.
Fairly high carbonation makes the hops pop nicely. It's also fairly thick, which I like in such flavorful DIPAs.
A dank and delicious DIPA.
