A: Pours a lightly hazy golden honey in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amounts of medium golden yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall creamy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of brett funkiness - wet hay and barnyard funkiness. Underneath the brett aromas there are light to moderate aromas of tropical/pineapple and citrus/grapefruit hops with a hint of caramel malts.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness which is quickly overtaken by the brett funkiness - wet hay and barnyard funk galore. There are some light hints of lemon/citrus. Finally the hops come in to play - citrus/grapefruit and tropical/pineapple which contribute a hint of bitterness towards the finish. The finish is completely funky tartness and lingers significantly.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of acidic prickliness and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Extremely flavorful with well hidden alcohol makes this beer quite drinkable and very enjoyable. Definitely a very intensely bretty beer so definitely do not grab it unless you really enjoy brett beer flavors and aromas.
