I caught this at the tail end of the keg’s life. No complaints here however.
This pours cloudy, yeasty, with a ton of foam. Lots of yeast from the bottom of the keg accounts for the appearance. It has a big estery bouquet, floral, light, spicy. The flavor is light, delicate, and dances off the palate. A fantastic saison.

On-tap at the Manhattan Ginger Man.
A: Hazy pale orange-yellow body with a sticky cap of ultra-fine white foam. Good retention, great lace.
S: Very fruity, very spicy, very phenolic. Lots of pepper, tangerine, and breadiness. Very nice.
T: A bit fruitier than the nose, with the phenols pushed toward the back by some prominent tart apple. Dry, spicy finish. Quite good indeed.
M: Prickly, hugely effervescent medium body. A bit much.
O: Really enjoyable beer; I didn't get anything particularly floral out of it (I'm assuming from the name that it actually has flowers in it somehow), but it was a very nice Saison all the same.

On-tap at The Avenue Pub. A bit of confusion as to what beer this actually was but I believe this is the correct listing taken from another site, but correct me if I'm wrong please, Polly.
16oz pour to a cervoise. Pours mostly head. Manipulated to a 1 1/2 inch bright white head. Very fine bubbles in the head. Rigid as it slowly dissipates to a film of good thickness. Nice honey orange color that is both hazy and cloudy.
Nose is the highlight here. Full of orange and lemon zest, fresh flowers, grass and lavender with just the slightest hint of funk at the end. Taste is dominated by the floral notes and lavender with a nice lemon and citrus hop bitterness to finish, almost too bitter actually. Good high carbonation, very lively on the tongue and light bodied. Aout average drinkability.
A lovely saison that I may have to head over to the pub for again tomorrow.

Hazed golden body, thick white cap that retains well with some lacing.
S - Farmhouse yeast, herbal, grassy, lemon candy and zest
T - Follows the nose, being a little more herbal and maybe some mint. Suffers from a low carbonation level, holding back some of the tastes that may be there.
M - Light in body, low in carbonation, feeling thin and really lacking that light, creamy feeling. Finishes on the bitter side, but not dry or clean enough.
O - Nice tastes and smell, but needs some refining, esp. with some more carb.
