My wife and I stopped by the first time the the thermometer hit 70 degrees in St. Louis in 2013. Of course, we had to sit outside and people watch, this being the Loop and all.
Three Kings Public House resides in the space previously occupied for many years by Riddles. The service was fast and friendly but we did not feel rushed.
My wife enjoyed her wine while I dove into the beer list. I ended up having three favorites on draft.
Avery Maharaja, Boulevard Tank 7, and a Bells Two Hearted. All were fresh and delicious.
The food list was quite varied with a good selection of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and entrees.
I had the Pogue Mahone (kiss my ass) burger which include a fried egg, carmelized onions. mushrooms, bacon and attitude. My wife had the Turkey club. Both were awesome.
The prices were good and the drinks and food great.

Three Kings Public House has taken over a prime location in the University City - Delmar Loop, and established a reputation for good beer and food. Table on the sidewalk out front in good weather, and a large wooden bar to the left on entering, high tops and booths to the right, with more tables in the back. Have visited several time, usually early evening before the live music starts.
About twenty taps, with a constantly rotating selection of craft brews, often from Colorado (New Belgium Lips of Faith, Avery, Left Hand, etc) fas well as local favorites (Schlafly, Boulevard Tank Seven), and regulars like Guinness, Stella, and Bud. Short pours, pints and flights are available, to accommodate the sampling a few. Prices are reasonable, too.
The staff is very knowledgable, friendly, and can talk beer with beer geeks as well as the someone looking for a change from the usual bar selection.
A typical pub menu, lots of appetizers, burgers, etc, all well prepared fans fresh tasting - the Three Kings burger with bleu chefs and bacon on sourdough will be a competitor for city's best burger.
In all, a good selection of fresh drafts, good food, friendly staff and regulars, in a prime location.
