Not sure if I have the right beer here. It was called Jean Claude Van-Cockpuncher on the menu and listed at 7% ABV.
On tap at Bryden's.
A - Hazy medium orange/yellow. Small amount of white head.
S - Citrus and pine hops up front with a moderate bitterness. Some Belgian yeast and clove present but almost have to be looking for them to pick them out. Some caramel and sweetness from the malts.
T - Good bitterness up front with lots of pine and citrus with some lighter floral flavours from the hops. The malts add sweetness and some caramel flavour. Some very light Belgian qualities in the background add hints of clove and Belgian yeast. Almost has more AIPA qualities compare to Belgian IPA qualities.
M - Medium body with light to moderate carbonation. Some good hop oils are present as well.
Serving type: on-tap
