Clean, Floral, Sweet, Toasty
Going old world lager here, on the darker side with a clear amber hue. A big focus on the malt and lager cleanliness, overtones of bread, crust, and toasted biscuits. Kiss of oily floral hop of the Goldings variety. Mild fruitiness from the higher-temperature fermentation and residuals from the hops. A sweet beer more or less, a lot of balance but the maltiness leaves a pleasant sweetness on the palate. Clean throughout.
STYLE: Pre-Prohibition Lager | ABV: 5.7% | AVAILABILITY: Year-round

Slow spew out the pop top. Pours amber with an orange tinge but not so much foam in the glass.
Mellow with an edge of dankish hops. Flavors are a little murky. Bitter, leafy aftertaste.
Kind of a browned biscuit taste but more like an amber ale. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at 99 Bottles in Federal Way.
