This ale recently made its appearance at a local beer store. The label has an instruction to serve the ale at 37 degrees but no freshness date.
The ale poured a bright and clear gold/orange hue with very little head retention.
The aroma was very mild with some vague but clean citrusy aroma.
This is a nice, refreshing ale with a pleasant hop bitterness dominating. I only wish the hop had a little more citrus in the flavor. As the hop subsides, there is a faint, buttery malt flavor on the palate that lingers before the hop bitters return.
The body was rather thin with a clean and slick mouth feel. The carbonation was surprisingly restrained.
This is a flavorful, refreshing ale that could have been even better with a more complex hop profile.

A-gold, cloudy...very light head, good lacing on the glass
S-not really detecting much at all, almost neutral. It might be the Osiris I had before it!
T-malt, hops, malt, hops again...can it switch four times? The bitterness really
seems to linger at the end
M-light mouth feel....the carbonation is pronounced on the tongue and mouth
O- not a bad beer...I would almost consider it to be a session beer
Serving type: on-tap
