On tap at the Bull & Bush, poured into a tulip.
Appearance - gold, with a small amount of carbonation; head is a minimal white film that produces about as much lacing as expected.
Smell - some spice and honey; yeast in the nose.
Taste - typical farmhouse flavors; nice blend of spice and honey without being sweet!
Feel - the medium body is nice, not as light as I originally expected! Very easy to drink!
Overall - an enjoyable farmhouse, but there are better options.

new one at bull and bush for the spring. pours into a 10oz. chalice a nice shining sunny color with moderate haze and a small soft white head. smells like all kinds of wild honey, which is a key ingredient in this brew. plenty of yeasty spice to follow and a malt body that i cant quite place. flavor is very different, honey flavors but not a sweet beer, flowery palate but not in the hoppy sense. bready body but not from english malts. this one is a bit of an anomaly. the feel is weird too, but appreciated here. plenty of bright carbonation, but a way bigger body than this style usually has, and totally caught me off guard. at first i thought it was too much, but during my second glass i realized its perfect to hold up the honey flavors and spicy hints in there. long drawn out finish. overall a nice new beer but the pour is small and the abv is low, so its not the best value, but its definitely a cool seasonal. well done.
