What The Floc is loaded with resinous hop goodness, but also a big malt backbone to keep things in check. A bigger beer with thicker mouthfeel and lots of citrus and pine.

On draft, in a 10 oz glass
Clear dark copper color, thin white head that fades. Aroma is heavy on the piney hops. Taste isn't that great. Some dark caramel flavor, and strong bitterness which I like, but there is a bit of vegetal flavor that throws it off. Medium bodied.

16oz can. Pours a hazy copper color with a half inch of head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is piney with some citrus hops and a good deal of caramel malt. The taste is a mix of piney, caramel malts and a note of resin. On the maltier side for an Imperial IPA. Some citrus peel towards the end. Boozey and malty, almost reminds me of a Barleywine. Good amount of bitterness. Piney , resinous finish. Slightly creamy mouthfeel that's a little oily. Overall, a serviceable Imperial IPA.

Cloudy copper in color. The nose is mildly hoppy but it is not as pungent as I imagined after reading the description on the can.
This is a malt forward DIPA. There is a pleasant sweet note that gives way to a fruity but bitter finish.
This offering is tasty but it really seems to be more of an American Barleywine than a DIPA.
