Enjoyed 3 days from bottling out of a bomber in a pint glass.
A: Dark with 2 finger head and nice lacing that stayed with me through the entire pour.
S: Bright citrus notes but also a sweetness.
T: Really complex and full bodied. Tropical fruit--yes but plenty of citrus on front end and layers that evolve as it gets to the back of the tongue. Enough malt not to be one dimensional but the absolutely correct "imbalance" I am looking for in a very hop forward IPA.
M: Just perfect amount of body--not sticky but lingers.
O: I think this is the best single IPA in NC. Getting it so fresh has to be a plus but even with a few weeks on it, it holds up. Now in bombers and this week they did their first canning.

Appearance is deep golden, large pillowy head, a little cloudy.
Smells is pine resin, grapefruit, orange, tropical fruit with some dank Mosaic-like notes some malt makes it through.
Taste is full on bitter with a malty backbone, all the flavors that you get in the nose
Mouthfeel is medium body and finishes dry.
Outstanding if you can get it!
