Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a thin off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains caramelized malts, Belgian yeast, honey, spices, some fruit and some hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with a hearty malt character and Belgian yeast up front. Then some sweet flavors of caramel, spices and honey come in along with some tart fruit flavors as well. There’s a significant alcohol bite and sting. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings some balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.
M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: A little tasty, goes down ok, not too filling, strong kick, good representation of style, it’s a decent beer but there are several others in the style that I would pick first.

Appearance- copper colored with light head
Smell- fruity and spicy.
Taste- pleasantly fruity and sweet. Honey and pineapple. Some spice to the finish and some booziness.
Overall-solid beer. I love the fruitiness and the high abv is all good by me.

Pours a hazy orange/amber color.
Aroma is mainly honey, very sweet.
Taste is apricot, honey, pineapple with a very slight spicy/drying finish, however it doesn't really balance it out much. The sweet honey/fruity flavor masks the classic Belgian spices that are the heart and soul of a Trippel.
This actually is almost similar to a mead rather than a Belgian Trippel. I like mead, so it's not bad at all, but not what I was expecting.
