Reviewed from notes from our annual Sour/Saison tasting on 05/04.
A- Tulip glass with semi-hazy golden yellow body. Foamy fine bubbled head that is white with about one finger in height. Decent retention and a foamy ring leaves some webs of thinner lace.
S- Very floral aroma as the name might suggest with coriander and peppercorn shining as well as general spicy, grassy hints. Light biscuit, caramel. Orange citrus is big.
T- Main flavors are of orange juice/peel and spices like coriander and peppercorns. Lemon zest also big with a pretty herbal and floral feel overall. Slight sweetness.
MF- Lighter end body with bubbly high end carbonation. Slight bitterness in the finish with a fairly creamy, silky feel.
Orange and spice forward but a good amount of flavor out of the yeast strain. Juicy citrus with time and warmth.

A: Very hazy gold with lots of fine streams of carbonation, huge billowing head suggestive of high alpha acids. I already see some nasty sunken debris at the bottom of my glass, and I've only poured about 15% of the bottle. Dislike the Microsoft Word font on the label, and the art style is a little '95 graphics-esque, but on the whole it's a pleasing image. On the upshot, some things are great, some... no.
S: Wow, fragrant with herbs, some mild fruit (honeydew & cantaloupe). Nice and floral, but probably overdone for the style.
T: I swear I taste cinnamon, followed by apple and melon. Fades away to muddled chalky yeast, a sad note with which to finish.
F: Sure.
O: I wish they made candles with its aroma, and the flavor was very good until then end. Definitely a fun summer brew, if it was more economical than a bomber I might return.
