Old vintage look and feel, small outdoor seating, large bar with tables and booths. Laid back college hang out feel. Fitgers beers in tap with a few guest taps and grain bel in cans. 10 taps in all with a good variety.
The food is similar to Chipotle with some unique twists added in. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was also solid. A great place to grab a quick beer and excellent burrito.

SATURATED with college kids. This is the place to go if you are young, like Fitgers’ beer, and like cilantro.
It is owned and operated by the guys that run the Fitgers Brew Pub, so you’ll get a nice selection of great micro brews. There are even nightly specials, to include a popular margarita night, to draw different crowds.
Most of all, it’s a burrito place, similar to the Chipotle chain. I love a good burrito, but I think cilantro tastes like Dial bar-soap, and everything on the menu has cilantro in it. I’ve asked them to prepare anything with out cilantro, and they said it’s all pre-made, and that I was out of luck. I still stop by when I’m in the neighborhood visiting friends, but no more food for me. (Even the salsa has cilantro!!!) From what I’ve heard from cilantro-friendly-folk, the food is fine.
My only wish would be this place was much farther West, as it’s so close to The Brew Pub.
Positive: Great Duluth Beer. Always.
Positive or Negative: Packed with college kids. It depends on who you are.
Negatives: Service is poor. There seems to be a tradition of poor service here, with rude waitresses every single time. Friends of mine have confirmed this suspicion. There’s just something off with the entire wait-staff.

Lived up the block from BU on 4th St. for two years, I never stopped frequenting while there. You had better like garlic if you go here. Everything is loaded with garlic, but I love it, im a bit of a garlic nut. Burritos are always tasty, house made salsas never disappoint, and beers brewed from Fitgers on tap. The atmosphere is great; with an eclectic interior, painted tin ceiling, moody lighting, an excellent central "island" bar layout, and good music (via itunes as chosen by bartenders), the ambiance is always great. If you can make it, get down to the BU on the weekend in the morn for breakfast burritos, probably the best food offered up is the breakfast food. I love this place, I am definitely biased, but it is a great stop off the beaten path.
