Sin Bin is a celebratory ale honoring the time spent in the penalty box. With sweet, toasty malt overtones and a delicate hop finish, Sin Bin is the official craft beer of the not-so-delicate Indiana Ice hockey team.

12 oz. bottle into an IPA glass
A - Moderate pour produces a 2 finger head in height that dissipates rather slowly. The head is a thick foam. The beer itself is hazy and amber in color with moderate carbonation visible in the form of small bubbles rising fairly quickly toward the surface. 4/5
S - Dark stone fruit, caramel, sorghum, peat moss, and a light orange fruitless make up the bulk of the aroma. The aroma is distinctly Belgian with Belgian yeast really standing out. Rather sweet and fruity overall with the yeast being a strong backup. 3.5/5
T - Light caramel, candy sugar, and Belgian yeast make up the initial flavor on the tongue. Sourdough bread comes in right after the yeast. This quickly transitions to an orange fruit flavor and an earthy sorghum-like sweetness along with a bit of peat moss and musty hay. Fairly complex but also light at the same time due to the flavors coming and going rather quickly. Very little bitterness to speak of and no lingering bitterness on the palate. 3.5/5
M - Medium bodied with a light carbonation burn up front. This beer wets the tongue nicely and features no drying at all. A bit sticky at times. 3.75/5
O - The focus here is definitely on the Belgian part of Pale Ale. Drinks fairly light and is somewhat complex with the typical Belgian flavors. The yeast really comes to the forefront with his one and plays the starring role. 3.5/5

Let me preface by saying I've had this beer from the bottle, at an Indiana Ice game (hockey team it's for) and at the brewery. There is no question this beer does not have the same flavors and presence when from the bottle.
On tap it is a solid beer with great citrus hops flavors and underlying clove taste. This is the a beer that is far better from a tap at the brewery, taste room or at an Ice game.

From a bottle into a pint glass
Beer is light amber in color with 1 finger of kaki head and thin lace left on the glass
Smell is light yeast and hops. Maybe some citrus and hops. All very faint.
Taste is much stronger than smell lots of carmel malts and citrus hops. Fairly standard taste profile but all flavors are nice on the palate.
Overall easy drinking and crisp. Flavors last on the tung with no booze. Solid beer
