An American Brett ale fermented entirely with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis; this rustic ale contains almost a pound of Montmorency cherries in each 16 ounce can.

2020 vintage poured into a stemmed tulip glass.
Pours a hazy ruby color with a finger of pinkish white head. The head is gone in a hurry, leaving zero lacing as it settles into a thin ring. Expected appearance for the style.
The aroma brings some strong barnyard funk and oak chips followed by every cherry in existence. There's a bit of vanilla and vinegar in here as well. Very tart and earthy.
The flavor starts with a wave of cherries, earthy oak chips, and vanilla, followed by a good amount of brett funk and grass. Finishes with a vinegary, lemony tartness.
The feel is light bodied with very good carbonation. Extremely crisp and dry with a lingering tartness.
Overall, this is a great American wild ale. It pretty much comes exactly as advertised: Tons of cherries with a good brett character and plenty of tart flavors.

Bottled 10/18/18
A: Pours a ruby red color with a fingers worth of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Cherry, tannins, funk, oak, fruity esters, and some almond notes
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the cherries, Brett funk, and light oak and tannins. Some fruity esters and almond notes make their way in towards the end. Finishes with lingering cherry notes and a touch of tartness
M: Medium bodied with moderate-high carbonation
O: A very good sour cherry ale that is good to sip on. Lots of complexity going on. Definitely worth checking out

its a gusher... otherwise though an absolutely perfect looking beer, just fucking beautiful. smells like oak and vanilla, cherry, strong tart flavors, vinegar, peppery spice. huge amount of tart and funky vinegar notes, hay, green, cherry, mellow unripe raspberry, oak, vanilla. the feel is excessively carbonated, it almost works but just a bit too much.
