App: Black, semi-opaque, tan head that quickly dissipates to film. No obvious hazy.
Aro: Sweet-cinnamon up front with a touch of doughy maltiness to follow. After hints of cold-drip coffee in between cinnamon waves.
Tas: Light malt with moderate roast notes with spicy waves of cinnamon followed by coffee. Tangy-off in the final wave of flavor before it trails into roast. Could be a doughy tanginess but tastes more off. No noticeable hops/esters/phenolics.
Mou: Medium-light body with moderate carbonation that trails into a full, heaviness that coats the tongue that I associate with cinnamon.
Ove: Medium bodied, moderatately carbonated stout without noticeable hops with coffee notes mid-taste into finish that are constantly chased by cinnamon notes and a bizarre, not all unpleasant tanginess.

Re-review: Had a second bottle and while there was some sweetness it did not manifest into any tartness. Upgrading the rating overall to reflect.
Previous review: Big time off-flavours in here. Contacted Due South to spot check some of their bombers. It tastes like it could be heading into sour land. Rating: 1.92
