An competently executed IPA, nothing special about it. Plenty of hop bitterness, but lacking the complexity I typically look for.

Great color, foamy head, caramel malts and very drinkable.

Due South Category 3 IPA has a thick, foamy, off-white head, an opaque, brilliant orange appearance, with lots of visible beige chunks roiling about, and heavy lacing left behind. The aroma is your typical sweet, white bread and citrus hop resins, but with an odd, yet pleasant, waxy smell present, too. Taste is of sweet, white bread, the full 65 IBU, in the grapefruit manner, and yeast. Maybe even mango, here? Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, and Due South Category 3 IPA finishes puckering, semi-dry, and quite drinkable.
