Deepish golden yellow and definitely darker than the Waller, this forms a thin head and gives off a yeasty nose in the bottle. In the glass the nose becaome infinitely more complex with flutterings of malty, autumn apple, and some honey. Thin head but a medium smooth velvety body. Wonderfully fresh and almost draught like a cask beer might taste like in a pub.Amazing how they seem to have captured that draught quality.
Love that shimmering glossy quality with a longer light lingering finish. A vibrant and brilliant brew.

Another Wincle beer that is lemon wine gum yellow in body with a half white head, okay not the frothiest but still tempting.
Aroma wise starts of hop heavy then hints of toffee apple open up.
Country ale eh? Well I'm not 100% sure what that exactly entails but it makes a tasty brew. I lot going on in that pint pot mainly hops but also a real zesty zing and peppery bitter notes.
Not an overly heavy mouthfeel, slightly thin but this makes a cracking refreshing beer.
Overall yet another cracking pint from Wincle, right up there almost rivalling some of the best.
