Have ordered from Etre Gourmet on several occasions. Excellent selection and good service. Packaging is excellent. Have ordered lots of glassware from them and they always arrive in excellent shape. Shipping is very expensive but usually timely. Longest wait has been about one month and I believe that was related to a delay in customs. Tracking is virtually useless. Communications are always good. I usually get a response via email within 24 hours.

Overall, good company. Very reliable.

Online store review. Strong selection of Belgians, with some of the more sought after stuff like Drie Fonteinen (the Armand series), a wide range of Cantillon, Struise. And last but not least, they had 3 Westvleteren 12 bricks in stock, at a very reasonable 55 euro. Prices on the single bottles seem very reasonable.

I ordered a Westy brick, plus 6 additional bottles of Cantillon, etc, and the package arrived 8 days later. It was packed extrememly well, with each bottle wrapped tightly in bubble warp, then a padded shipping envelope, then a cardboard wrap, and then slotted into individual slots. The Westy brick was packed inside and out with bubble wrap and paper. Cleary someone spent some serious time making sure this thing was going to survive the journey. Shipping was not cheap, given the weight and the overseas destination, but it was not exorbitant. Lastly, an email query about the shipment was answered within 24 hours. A very smooth transaction, considering everything that could have gone wrong. Would definitely order again.

WOW! For someone outside of Europe looking for some high quality lambics and or gueuze, this place is a god send! I thought the only way to get some Cantillon was to either luckily find it in a store, which has been hard to come by as of late, or to pay the ridiculous prices off of eBay.

Prices were surprisingly affordable and the selection and quality of what they sell is top notch! Can't really complain about the service as I got an answer, in a timely manner, regarding the shipping price. If you want to figure out the shipping before pulling the trigger, just order what you want to your cart and go to check out and the shipping cost will be posted. Shipping was a breeze as it only took 8 days to arrive at my residence! They also put a lot of time and effort into the packing to ensure that no unforeseen accidents would occur during shipping.

Highly Recommended!

great rare belgian beer selection, if you want to find something special you can surely find it there. package is safely packed and usually arrives a week after payment (to germany). Some examples of rare beers I found in this shop are: crianza helena, dhl anniversary blend, black damnation double black, cantillon fou foun, mamouche, millennium geuze. Furthermore, they have a lot of beers from Fantome and Struise and also some old and mature chimay and a lot of other oude gueuze beers made around brussels.
