This beer is pale, both in color and flavor. It briefly had a nice head that was mostly scentless with just a hint of wheat. The taste is watery, with a hint of flavor. Then the carbonation takes away all of that as it burns the sides of your mouth.
Not impressed with this beer. Wheats should have a body that tells you the wheat is there, pale ales should have a crispness. This beer subsitutes carbonation for crispness and the wheat just comes across as something in this water.

Pours a cloudy/hazy "white tinted" yellow with a pure white head, indicative of the fact that this is unfiltered.
Nose is lightly grassy and with hay undertones but very pleasant.
Mouthfeel is medium/thin but appealing with elegant carbonation and a mouthfeel that is very inviting, fresh and clean.
Flavors are of lightly sweet green grass, hay and fresh citrus.
Finish follows flavor profile and is a pleasant and light sweet grassy character with a lightly sweet toast finish. Quite nice and drinkable all around.
Note: The glass is served with a piece of lemon on the rim, which has to have been done at the insistence of an ignorant bar tender or the marketing department since the head brewer is very experienced, makes good beer and would never allow this! But, it's done, much to the chagrin of any serious beer drinkers who will disgard and otherwise like this nice wheat brew.
