A pale ale brewed with loads of Amarillo and Cascade. Notes of peaches, pears, and dank citrus.

(cask draft at Forest & Main - served in a 20oz dimpled mug)
A: unkempt cask suds... light amber liquid, fairly cloudy... messy drapes of lace
S: mellow yellow fruits... overgrown weeds in the backyard... earthy-zesty herbs
T: pale malts galore... lots of fruits from hops and esters... i can see the pear reference - ripe, but dry
M: perfectly medium-bodied and sedentary... mildly nectary, but somewhat light... very easy to knock back in a few big swigs
O: a nice, English-hoppy (despite the hops being American), bitter cask ale w/ earthy, American-hop and yeast flavors

An interesting beer this is. Had at the Lost Abbey, which has an excellent tap list.
Was on nitro, wheather thats what the boys at F and M wanted, i don't know.
The appearance was amber, cloudy and hazy with a tall fluffy or soapy head.
The aroma was big into diaceytl.
The taste was smooth and flat and a bit warmer then normal which is probably what there shooting for. F and M are a brewery making fine English and Belguim beers.
There was alot of diaceytl which took away from the taste.
I should take a trek over to Ambler to fine out just what is going on.
