Thanks to Paul for sharing.
Light golden body, moderate haze, small cap. Aromas of brett, apple, lemon, a touch of oak. Light acetic character with hints of wine. Medium tartness with some tasty fruit notes. Light to medium in body with a slight pucker in the finish. Nothing over the top or super impressive here, but a solid and tasty beverage nonetheless.

Pour is a lighter gold color, slight haze, aggressive pour produces very little head that dissipates immediately. Nose has honey, lemon, apple skin, a touch of leathery brett, Flavor is considerably tart and sour, mostly fruity and juicy apple skins, lemon, light citric acid. Not much of the barrel, maybe a touch of tannin with a subtle brett leather. Flavors are very bright but lacks a bit of balance. Carb is high, a touch fuller than some of their other saisons, Not their best work; but bright and juicy.

Golden orange in color. Cloudy in appearance. Very nice flavor. Sweet, slightly tart, lemon and minerally. Well balanced. Creamy feel. Good, easy drinking beer.

What an improvement over the regular! I enjoy the tart wine barrel that you get from it. Don't expect it to be really carbed, but the feel is what I like about tart saisons.
look: cloudy hazy. not sure on color since I can't see color. (LOL)
Smell: tart, acid, funky
Taste: Tart and Vinous
Feel: light, delicate
I would enjoy this again and again!
