Great citrus - tangerine, buddha's hand - and funk - washed rind cheese, rising bread - on nose. Flavor follows but doesn't really pop due to the fact that it's completely flat. Add carbonation and this is phenomenal.

Had this at a bottle share, assuming it's a gose, it's spot on. Tart and salty, as prescribed.

500 ml bottle into a teku glass. 5.5% ABV. Bottled on 11/13/2014

Appearance: Pours a bright golden yellow with a finger of a white head that settles to a thick ring. Body is very hazy with quite a bit of fine sediment.

Smell: Hay, floral, honey, oak, hint of pineapple, Belgian yeast. Nice funk.

Taste: Follows the nose pretty closely. Mild sourness throughout with hay, fresh grain, with honey and mild floral notes as well. Definite barnyard like character as well, but not approaching what you'd get from say, a lambic.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with low medium carbonation. Dry finish. Really refreshing.

Overall: Another really nice bottle from F&M. Worth seeking out and I suspect it might develop favorably with some age.
