750ml bottle bought in December 2017; poured into a 3 Floyds teku. Pours a hazy yet radiant pale orange, with decent carb. On the nose I get peach, tangerine, oak, and chardonnay grape. Palate is a medley of lighter fruits, light-to-moderate funk, and oak, which finishes with fresh cut grass. Low acidity; very enjoyable and easy to drink. Not super complex in terms of funk, but love it nonetheless.

500 ml bottle poured into a white wine glass. Bottled May 2014.
Pours a brilliant deep gold with orange highlights and three fingers of fizzy white head that recedes to a tiny collar with minimal lacing.
Aroma is a pleasant mix of peach, lemon, white grape, and a touch of funk. Taste is more of the same. And delicious. A zesty medley of sweet, tart and lightly sour with the funk somewhat subdued but present throughout. There are some light grassy hop notes, but no real bitterness. Body is light and crisp and finishes clean and dry.
Wow, this was the perfect beer for sitting outside on a warm sunny Easter Sunday. I don't drink a lot of saisons but this is probably my favorite I've ever had.

The aroma hist of grape, lemon zest, white wine. A pretty tart aroma.
The flavor continues with white wine, white grapes, a soft fruitiness with a vinous and dry oaky finish.

Poured a straw color into a tulip glass. Slightly hazy with a light clear tan head hugging the glass. Light funky aroma. Excellent light tartness and balanced carbonation with light white wine finish towards the end. This was an outstanding saison.

Thank you Rifugium for gifting me with a bottle of this during one of our exchanges. 750ml bottle #28 of 204 poured into an oversized snifter. The brew appears hazy copper in color with a white cap that leaves patchy lace.
This smells vinous and fruity with light grain essence and yeastiness. The taste is mutually vinous, tart and slightly yeasty in a typical phenolic sense. This is light in body with modest carbonation. A very nice easy drinking brew that I would love to have again.
Ive heard people claim that these guys do great work in bottle form while their draft offerings are kinda lacking...wow, that certainly is the case here. Far exceeded my expectations and easily the best beer ive had from them to date.
