bought a twelver sampler pack from local grocer and like this Ipa they are offering ..appears dryhopped real carbo and good finish, some simco hops possibly providing the citrus nose and taste. or cascades. hallertau ? absence of them, nice to see a brewer really tryin to make a decent Ale

I'll buy these again .
served in a Sierra nevada pint glass at around 60° ..cellar? why not ? make for interesting tasting 3-4 years from now ..if you leave it alone

Thanks to n2185 for the bottle. Tasted 21 April 2013, reviewed from notes.

Pours a hazy orange, not quite see-through. One finger of white head, good retention and lacing. Nice column of bubbles.

Smell is a fruit bomb, juicy pulpy sweet fruit. Melon, orange, peaches, and pineapple, all melded into one. Pungent and delicate at the same time. Delightful.

Taste is also fruity and sweet, with only a soft bitter bend in the finish. Don't know exactly what to call this, but IPA might be a stretch, due to the very light hop bitterness. More pineapple, less of the other stuff. A moderately dry bitter in the back, flirting with the grains.

Feel is fine. Medium-light body, enough carbonation. Lasts long enough, nicely drying. No complaints, no plaudits.

This is a really nice, hoppy beer, though it's much heavier on the aromatic hops than the bitter. More in the realm of what brewers have been calling dry-hopped APAs. But whatever. It's fruity, it's dry, and it's tasty.
