Poured into a pint glass
A: Aggressive pour yields 1 finger of slightly off white head with good retention. Light golden color, slightly hazy.
S: Slight hop floats on caramel and honey malt. Slight cardboard. More hops please! Otherwise quite nice. Like an English Pale Ale or a Bitter.
T: Malt up front with honey dominating. Lightly bitter hops follow: Centennial? Again, seemingly an EPA or Bitter. Not hoppy enough for an APA. Not hoppy enough for me to rave about also. Still very tasty and drinkable.
M: Slightly chewy, smooth, gently bitter.
O: Easy drinker. I could have another 2 of these. Probably not hoppy enough to make it a go to. A nice session beer though.

Sweetwater 420 pours a hazy golden color with an excellent head. The aroma is a muted grain and citrus affair. 420 fairs much better on the tongue, with a mellow citrus hop over grainy malts. Very refreshing and flavorful. The mouthfeel is a bit fuller than expected, and the drinkability is great. 420 is just an excellent beer to kick back and relax with. It's tasty and easy to drink.
