A- standard golden for a pale ale
S- light hoppy smell a smell I typically enjoy in a pale
T- sweet upfront with a light hop in the middle
M- smooth upfront with a little carb at the end

A better than average American Pale Ale and I would have another.

This Extra Pale Ale pours very blond with a thin head that collapses quickly. The lacing of the glass is decent and leaves a very thin shaving cream like foam around the edges.

The nose is weak with a subtle floral/pine hint.

This beer comes on strong with complex hops right out of the gate. The beer is very dry and has almost undetectable hint of malt that floats just below the hops. I think the beer is just a tad bit out of balance and needs just tiny bit more malt to be a very good beer.

The mouth feel is good, but I think this could also be improved by increasing the malt/hops ratio.

The finish is a bitter hop aftertaste that quickly fades.

The really potent flavor of this beer works well with something that is above average spicy - Like Serrano to Habanero level of heat.

Overall a drinkable beer. I could see myself buying this again.

Pours a clear golden amber with a one finger dull white foamy head that faded slowly into a thin collar with spotty lacing.

Aroma of of citrus hops, malt and grass.

Taste starts a little dry with light malt, moving into a slight bitter citrus hops and some spice.

Mouth Feel was light body, moderate carbonation, crisp, dry and slightly bitter.

Overall a good refreshing Pale ale.

Pours golden with a 1 finger head and some nice lacing.

Sweet aroma with a little pine mixed in.

Nice crisp flavor. Sweet malt, a little orange/citrus and a nice bitter finish.

Solid medium mouthfeel, crisp and well carbonated.

This is a nice version of a pale ale. Well balanced, a great summertime - lawnmower beer.

So I am cruising through Atlanta airport the other day and stopped at a Chinese restaurant, I want to say in Concourse B. I have never heard of this brew, and the manager recommended it. After I slammed it down, I though "Damn that was good, I need to find it in a glass and take some notes." So I went to the Chili's above the food court.

Appearance - Poured a nice clear golden color with a decent head that came and went fairly quickly. Lacing was moderate, not too much but fairly good.

Smell - Certainly a strong pop of citrus and floral from the hops. A bit of a biscuity malt note, maybe even a little Georgia pine in there. Nice.

Taste - Follows the nose fairly close, although there is an element of pepper in there as well. The fruity, citrusy notes are the prime movers, with a hint of malt.

Mouthfeel - Clean, crisp, bitter finish, nice aftertaste.

Overall - I could not have been more surprised. Walking through an airport in an area not necessarily known for brewing, I happen upon this tasty little treat brewed right there in Atlanta. I would certainly recommend this brew to anyone, and I will drink it again next time I'm in the ATL
