Clear yellow brew with tall stack of foam in the Faust Weizen glass. Mouthful of suds with lively carbonation. Quite aromatic with mango and citrus. Tangy and sharp with citrus. Nonstop fruit flavors with big orange peel and grapefruit finish. Sweet and bitter like marmalade.
Overall this is quite sippable and full of flavor. Moderately but distinctly bitter in the aftertaste. Well balanced among the sugar, alcohol, and bitterness, though on the acidic side. From the 16 oz can purchased at BottleCraft. Dated 10/06/21.

On tap at the source and a can pour -not quite clear golden/yellow honey color with thick white head leaving a copious amount of lacing. Nose is mostly citrus with a hint of sweet malt. Taste follows with more citrus and a hoppy not quite dry finish. Well hidden abv.

Had this at Berryessa Brewery outside of Winters, CA. Nice citrus smell and taste. 12oz pour - great for drinking on the outdoor patio at the brewery!

Amazing beer from a brewery in the middle of no where. The beer poured a nice golden color with about a 2 finger off white head that sticks around. The smell is of hops, hops and more hops. Allot of citrus in the nose and a little bit of sweet Carmel from the malt. Wow!!!!!! CITRUS CITRUS CITRUS this beer taste like a very bitter orange, orange peal, orange flesh some sticky sweetness. Overall this is fucking awesome!!!!!!!
