On tap at hot city pizza Sac, Ca
Weird looking, unique khaki body with adark brown hue cast. this triple ipa, looks intriguing and unlike any othe ipa i've ever seen. No reddish ir copper tones. Smell is fruity, pine touch with some interesting malt character, detecting a little earthiness on the nose, possibly chocolate or molasses... Has a nice balance of apriccot fruit hops with a touch of pine and smooth finish for 10.0% mouthdeel is medium, with medium carbonation..a soulful interprotation of this style, with a developed color and unique taste profile..pairing of indian food, bbq/smoked meats, spicy-pizzas.

On-tap at the brewery. Served in a 10oz tulip.

A: Cloudy glowing orange body with a very dense, greasy, cream colored head that slowly faded into a thick film that left chunky streaks of lacework down the glass.
S: Huge fresh hop nose with orange sherbet and citrus rind dominating. Hops are so fresh this reminds me of freshly boiled un-fermented hops just added to the brew kettle. Smells great.
T: Sweet and bitter citrus, not as much creamy sherbet as the nose, with flavors of leafy green hop and ambiguous citrus rind bitterness in the finish. Ultra fresh and delicious.
M: Full body, greasy hop resin mouthfeel, smooth soft carbonation. Alcohol is hidden extremely well.
O: One of the better dipas from one of the better new breweries in the area. I’d drink this all day every day. Cheers.
