This is the one. It’s big, it’s gnarly, and it’s delicious. We knew that we had something special after packing hops into this beer at every step. The malt bill of this robust IPA provides the perfect backdrop for a powerful hop aroma. Take a deep breath, kick up your feet, and enjoy a tall glass of this unique IPA.

Clear apricot gold with a one finger off-white head that left dots and streaks of lacing.
Stone fruit on the nose and palate. Some tropical. A subtle sweetness in the background.
Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Nice dry slightly bitter finish.
Not overwhelming one way or another. Just a good solid IPA. Delicious.

Round 1-Value
$9.99 with 7.5% ABV
Round 2-Aroma
Caramel, orange, and barnyard.
Round 3-Flavor
Toasty malt balls, caramel, teriyaki sauce.
Round 4-Finish
1:30-2 minutes
Results
Butchers started off on the positive tip with nice color and aromas, but the salty-sweet teriyaki component in the flavor profile was something that I found hard to swallow.
