First off, this is an almost mastered IPA.
Appearance: orange, almost peach, with a brownish tint
Smell: smells of hops with a citrus, grapefruit-like scent
Taste: immediate grapefruit taste. Hops are definitely a strong suit. The citrus, grapefruit-like scent is definitely apparent in the taste. This is like no other IPA.
Mouthful: I felt that the more it sits, the more carbonation there is. Not overly heavy, or light. This beer can be drank fast or slow.
Overall: like I said before, this IPA is almost mastered. I could drink this beer regardless of the temperature of the beer or the temperature outside. Fantastic IPA.

Appearance: The cloudy amber liquid arrives with a nice cap of foam that leaves a curtain of lacing behind
Smell: Ruby red grapefruit, clementine oranges and biscuity undertones
Taste: The hops dominate, up front, witha range of citrusy flavors that are joined by a resinous, piney edge; a hint of the biscuit lies underneath along with other complex malts that add a bit of caramel; while the malts make a difference, the beer is still hop dominant
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A really nice IPA with just the right amount of malt to balance the citrusy hop profile

One of the first ever bottles off the production line (a test run I believe).
A - Medium amber gold color, beautiful clarity, with light effervescence that produces sparse lacing.
S - Mixture bright citrus and dank tropical fruit with some floral pollen and spice character as well. There is also a subtle array of alcohol and very light malt/grain harmonies.
T - A stunningly flavorful rush - top IPA quality without question. Fresh and bright bitter hops with citrus, pine and yellow fruit. There is a perfect addition of a dank tropical tasting hops (probably Citra). While this is an American IPA, and mostly about the hops, the malt base is a stand-up contributor, but I appreciate the absence of overt crystal malt flavors. It has a subtler backbone, Munich or Vienna, that lingers for a while in the tail. Bitter it is, but it's an artful bitterness riding atop a subtle swell of a crafted malt backbone. Then the bitterness lingers further.
M - Medium bodied and slightly slick on the tongue fading to that characteristic IPA astringency.
O - This is the art of the IPA well executed. Excellent.
