Appearance- Golden amber in color and slightly hazy. Thin fizzy head produced and no lacing present.
Aroma- Bready malt most present with some small hop aromas as well.
Taste- First sip reveals some nice citrus hop flavor, which then subsides into a bready malt on the back end.
Mouthfeel- Clean and crisp. Medium bodied and slightly creamy feel on the tongue.
Overall- I like this alot and if I had more access to it I would put this in the rotation for summer and probably all year. Plenty of flavor and extremely drinkable, I would definitely recommend this one.

This is a very hazy yellow-gold with a smallish head. The nose offers grainy-sweet malt notes, with medium-light hops that tend grassy, floral. On the taste, again, sweet malts are there, a little grainy, a little bready, but at least that is well-balanced by a nice amount of bitterness. Hop flavor is restrained, with just a little new-mown grass character. Yeast character is neutral. The finish pleasantly dry from the hops. Body is squarely medium, with a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
Drinkable enough beer, but not one of Deep Ellum's frontliners.
