This is a very hazy yellow-gold with a smallish head. The nose offers grainy-sweet malt notes, with medium-light hops that tend grassy, floral. On the taste, again, sweet malts are there, a little grainy, a little bready, but at least that is well-balanced by a nice amount of bitterness. Hop flavor is restrained, with just a little new-mown grass character. Yeast character is neutral. The finish pleasantly dry from the hops. Body is squarely medium, with a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
Drinkable enough beer, but not one of Deep Ellum's frontliners.

Appearance: A slightly hazy honey colored liquid pours out from the can; the cap is modest and fades though it leaves some strands behind
Smell: Somewhat grainy with a bit of vanilla sweetness, as well
Taste: Bready and grainy, with just a hint of vanilla in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Certain to be a crowd pleaser among certain beer drinkers, there is not much to dislike about this beer nor is there much to say, either
Thanks, duff247, for the opportunity
