Copper and lightly filtered, no carbonation, and 3 fingers of yellow ocher head.
Smells of phenols, creme brulee, pineapple juice, canned pears, and a hint of evergreen.
The taste follows the nose, with glue, and a grapefruit pith bitterness on the finish.
Medium, slightly syrupy, slightly resinous body, and little carbonation.
Drinking in Chiang Mai, Sept 17th, 2017. Really good brew, and I feel that it mostly stands up to La Chouffe's version a Belgian IPA. Just a little muted in comparison.

Slightly funky slightly syrupy aroma
Tangy flavour with hops at the back and a sherbert fizz that eventually gives way to a slight bitter finish

Pours a hazy light copper with at least two big fingers of head. The nose is a combination of funk and bread. The flavor follows the nose with a nice dry finish.

I poured this into a Duvel tulip glass, and unlike other Belgians that can't fill the generous head space, this came through gloriously. What a beautiful, illuminated amber jade with a hazy gloss over it. The smell is fruity hoppy happiness, and the flavor does not disappoint with its tart bitter notes. I loved this colab brew.
