On draft at Hamilton's.
Poured a light gold with a noticable white creamy head.
Smell of citrus hops with a little pine.
Pine takes over the flavor profile. A hint of citrus still remains, but mostly piney/resinous flavors. Very little malt detectable and a very bitter finish due to hops.
Light mouthfeel and good carbonation. Typical of a west coast style.
Decent beer, but would have better if the hop profile was a little more balanced in the flavor.
Serving type: on-tap

A-pours a bright orange/amber color with a fingers worth of white head that slowly fades to leave some lacing around the top
S-primarily hops with citrus, mostly grapefruit, and pine hops with some light bready malt to give a bit of sweetness
T-really massive amount of hops in the taste with big pine and citrus flavors. Malt does not come to play much in the taste at all, actually its almost absent. Alcohol is well hidden.
M-medium body, medium to full carbonation
Overall this is a massive hop beer with not a lot of balance which makes it slightly difficult to finish. Definitely lives up to the name!
