Se - Bottle poured into a Foothills pint glass
App - radiantly amber with a thin white head
Smell - Citrus, grapefruit and piney, In my opinion it's the best part about this beer
Taste - Hoppy and not quite as malty as what I typically go for in a beer that is over 9%. That being said the hops are not too overpowering by any means and while at first taste you might be fooled into thinking that this beer has a low drinkability, but I feel like that vanishes shortly after.

On tap at the Churchill pub in Victoria. Nonic Pint glass
Appearance : Quite a hazy gold/amber but a lot of that was a chill haze; it did start to clear as it warmed up
Smell : Pine, lemon peel, dank and a little biscuity malt thrown in. You can tell this beer is gonna be huge.
Taste : More pine, dank hops. An absolute hurricane of bitterness, it really hits you in waves and because of the way this beer is brewed (mashing and sparging with hopped wort) it has a very complex and intense hop character. Just doesn't fade, lots of hop resins lingering on the palate and far too easy to drink for 9.5% but just awesome.
Mouthfeel : Big and full, lots of body and a really dry bitter finish that just leaves you wanting another sip. Bit of a boozy sweetness on the back end.
Overall : Killer beer, just a massive imperial IPA and for anyone that likes big, crazy double/imperial IPAs this is a must try.
