A: orange. Thick, foamy head. Lots of small bubbles rising throughout drink.
S: peach and pine.
T: medium malty goodness. Slightly sweet. Bubblegum. Flowery. Piney. Warm alcohol notes.
M: medium-heavy body like Kate Upton. Medium carbonation.
O: great double IPA. Strong, hoppy, and tasty. Well balanced for a big beer.

Pours slightly hazed amber with a thin, lasting head. Lacing sticks.

The smell is of pine/resin with caramel and a hint of honey.

The taste is of huge pine/resin with strong sticky caramel. It has a hot, spicy, bitter finish.

It has a thick, full body.

Well, it is aptly named. Plenty of piney hops with a strong sweet backbone that pulls back to leave a spicy, bitter bite. A strong sipper, here.

Poured into Dogfish IPA glass

I have been sitting on this bottle for a while so it is not exactly fresh, although I did have some fresh but didn't bother to review at that time

A-copper, amber slightly opaque, 1/2 inch off white head, constant bubbling from bottom of glass which could be the result of the glassware, fairly thick lacing with above average retention

S-citrus hops upon the first whiff, grapefruit, mango, lemon, slight bubble gum, slight pine

T-sweet caramel, brown sugar malts out of the gate balanced by the hops in the middle and again the malts then a bitter finish. Hops taste mostly of grapefruit, lemon, orange peel and pine. Pine is most noticeable at the finish

M-med bodied beer that gives a mouthful of beer perfect carbonation of the style and abv

O-Very good beer, good balance...alcohol well hidden...not for the meek as you need to really like hops to enjoy this...appropriately named
