Second time having this, but the first time was pre-reviewing. Pour is a beautiful translucent amber with nice white foam and beautiful sticky lacing. Taking a whiff gets you a noseful of piney, floral, hoppy goodness. And the flavor is like everything good about hops just exploded in your mouth. So delightful. And super easy drinking; at 9.5% I got buzzed in a hurry. I love this beer.

10oz Pour @ Rí Rá Irish Pub

A – Dark copper orange color. Head is thin and sticky. Steady carbonation rising up.

S – Holy cow, big, sweet, dank, piney, resinous, malty, caramel, bright. Lots going on here. Citrus fruits, orange, lemon juice. Cannot wait to take a gulp of this.

T – Quite sweet initially, but the brutal hops cut through that nicely..peppery, and fresh pine. Interesting. Sweet overall, quite viscous, some more notes of orange and lemon come through, like a lemon curd, or orange marmalade. Balance here is what makes this great, with all the complexities, it is very smooth, drinkable and great.

M – A big beer, for sure, though it remains crisp. It is undoubtedly sweet, but not so much so that it kills you. For a IIPA, wow, just wow.

O – Had this from the bottle prior to this, can't believe I found it on tap. What a great beer this is, supreme balance.

The Pallet Wrecker is a big IPA...very bitter. The beer poured a cloudy golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent is very bitter with hints of citrus. The taste is starts and finishes very bitter. There is alot of grapefruit zeal present. The mouthfeel is full bodies with good carbonation. Overall this is a big sipping beer. This would be a fav or bitter heads.
