A: The beer is clear pale yellow in color with a thin off-white head that has good retention properties. There is no visible carbonation.
S: There is a moderate aroma of pine resin hops in the nose.
T: The taste is very similar to the smell, but a lot stronger and is dominated by flavors of pine resin hops. There is only a mild amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate. There isn't a lot of carbonation but this is likely a result of being pumped from a cask. The finish has a little bit of dryness.
D: The beer was relatively easy to drink. I would definitely try this again if I was looking for something with a lot of hop flavor that's not overly bitter.

The aroma of a great double IPA actually. Taste is juicy with grapefruit-like bitterness, mild caramel malt in the background. Not a pale ale for beginners but extremely delicious and nicely hopped. Very nice, very drinkable. More like an IPA. Highly recommened
