Got this one from my beer of the month club. Pours as a beautiful, slightly cloudy gold color. Looks like it wants to clear up as it sits, but it never comes around. Certainly, not a problem. Thin white head appears after a rigorous pour, but nothing really out of the ordinary. A nice even and non abusive aroma evades from the top of the pint glass. Smells of hops...delicious, fresh, young hops. Distinctively west coast varieties. Taste is what I expected, as a pale ale should not be too complex. Again, distinctively west coast hop flavor at the helm thats nice and even. Nice dry, bitterness follows through immediately afterward. Finishes with a quick flash of buscuity malt flavor. Medium body with pleasant carbonation. Very drinkable. I could see myself having a few of these and being very happy afterwards. Solid pale ale. I'll have to try some more Green Flash beers when I have the chance!

On tap at Kickbacks in Jax. This keg collar reads 5.3%. Poured into a snifter. Large, fluffy, white head, high retention on a clear, golden body with soapy lacing with some oily resin. Aroma has a light citrusy hop smell with some pilsner-like malt profile. Taste is light, refreshing, mildly hoppy, slightly sweet on the back end. Very tasty and easy to drink, the name is slightly misleading however, expected more hop abundance with the word "extra" in title of a Green Flash beer.
