Nice shiny penny copper color with a nice inch thick off white head. Light Brussels lacing. Strong aroma of vinous hops with a trace of light grains. The flavor is much more balanced with plenty of deeply pungent vegetal hops with a distinct sourdough bread grain taste. The mouth is fairly carbonated and sticky.

On tap at Green Flash Brewing Company in San Diego, CA.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps film on top of the beer. Thin rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus zest, and herbal hops. Taste is much the same with a citrus zest flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is quite dank all around.

A - Pours a golden, orange with a two finger head that quickly recedes. Nice, light lacing on the glass.
S - Citrus hops and sweet malts. Very much like sugar cane.
T - Oranges, tropical fruits and cream followed by hoppy bitterness on the finish, although not as bitter as the nose might have lead on. The alcohol is hidden very well and this is very drinkable, but just a bit too much sugar cane sweetness.
M - Medium carbonation and light body given it's just over 10%.
O - Just a bit too sweet for me. It isn't cloying, but the malty sweetness and hops balance in this just doesn't work for me. Green Flash makes a lot of beers I enjoy, but this one isn't for me.

On tap at Bad Apple, 12 oz. served in a fluted tulip glass.
Bright yellow orange, high clarity with a little bit of visible carbonation. A fingers width of foam, leaving behind random arcs of thin lace in the glass.
Pleasant hoppy aroma, some citrus and tropical notes, somewhat soft and not super pungent.
Flavor is moderately bitter with some citrus peel and grapefruit notes, some earthy green herbals also. Body has a pretty light feel for being 10%, and was pretty drinkable though not especially memorable.

On tap at Yard House, San Diego, 11/5/11.
A-Pours a clear, pale golden honey. The thin white head leaves thick sheets of lacing.
S-Sweet and citrusy in about equal measure.
T-Sweet malt, sweet and bitter hops with a hint of booziness. A bit lacking in depth of flavor for the ABV.
M-Medium bodied, bitterness lingers.
O-A nice brew. A bit short on flavor and quite high in alcohol.
