Slightly hazy apricot with a huge, rocky head. Head settles down but maintains a definite presence. Clean, crackery malts with brett all up in the nose. Flavor: pale malts, BRETT, heavy bitterness in the finish. This is awesome. Mouthfeel is very carbonated and feels so light for 7%. Overall holy shit this is less than 10 bucks for a 4 pack??? Lollin at these low reviews. Have these people never tasted brett? This is fucking awesome.

Pours golden with a huge head that leaves plenty of lacing.

The smell is of bubblegum and cotton candy. A bit of citrus is underneath.

The taste is of sweet bubblegum and cotton candy. It does have a tart touch in the finish.

It is light to medium bodied. Fairly creamy. A bit of a late fizzy tingle to it as it goes down.

It has stereotypical "Belgian" characteristics with the bubblegum/cotton candy. It is not a Duvel. I thought it would be considered a Strong Belgian Pale because of the alcohol content and noticeable character. It is "okay", but missing a Saaz character to balance it.

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a very large white head that fades very slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains Belgian yeast, spices, caramelized malts, some citrus and a good amount of hops.

T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of Belgian yeast and a hearty malt character. Then a strong spice flavor quickly follows along with some sweet flavors of caramel and fruit. The hops presence is decent for the style and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly bready.

M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style, this is a very good flavorful beer to drink for a long time

When poured the color was a deep yellow with orange hue and a load of white foam. Pour very slowly because of the foam.

The smell was of spices and bitter type of hops

The flavor of this pale ale was the worst I've had from Green Flash. It was to bitter for this bitter ale and the flavor was over bitter with a vinal taste. The aftertaste on the palate was way to bitter with that vinal flavor. What happen to the aroma? The flavor does not match aroma!
