I was really impressed by how well cedar worked with an IPA in Cigar City's Humidor Series Jai Alai. Green Flash's cedar plank experiment seems to have not been as successful, though. This mainly comes across as a decent pale ale. There is a hint of the cedar in the finish, but if I didn't know that this was a cedar aged beer, I'd be hard pressed to tell you what the aftertaste was. (389 characters)

Pours a nice orange colour with a slight white foam that dissipates quickly.
Pine hits your nostrils immediately with florals and of course, citrus.
Taste is not as obvious. Basic malt, some florals and pine in the back.
Mouth feel is dry. (239 characters)
