On tap at Newhall Refinery in Newhall, CA.
Pours a hazy golden orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus zest, and spicy herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, herbal, and pine flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that shows more of an intense hop presence in the flavors.

Good DIPA. Pours a hazy orange with a good size off white head into a pint glass. Head retention is good and there is plenty of thick lacing on the glass.
Aroma is ok, some citrus hops but not that pronounced in such a strong beer.
Taste is pretty good. Plenty of citrus hops with a little pine resin in the finish. There is some maltiness as a balance but this is a hop forward beer.
Mouthfeel is not all that rich for a high octane beer. It is crisp, the bitterness is good and the alcohol is not apparent.
Good strong DIPA. There are better ones out there but this is pretty good.
