On draught at Baileys, Green Bullet is clear orange with a small white head that light white foamy lace.
Smell is pungent and intense. This sucker is really dank and oily. And boozy. Orange zest, oily. Too much really, but I suppose that's the intent.
Taste is similar, this is closer to hop tincture made with a distillate than an IPA. A bit of an exaggeration with the strength, it's noticeable but really accentuated by the sharp pine and intense tangerine hops more than anything. Pretty clean for the size, but it's sooo big.
Mouthfeel is oily and dry, resinous.
Drinkability is okay, it's interesting to see how far you can take the IPA, but at the end of the day, it's too far to really want to have another in a sitting.
Serving type: on-tap
