Appearance: It's a grocery store, but it's well lit and well organized so for atmosphere, I think it does well. The beer has it's own section in the back of the store on the back wall, as does just about everything else in the store. Again, it's a grocery store - what would you expect?
Quality: All organic and natural foods in the store, and decent stuff in that category for sure, but the quality of the beer is what I'll comment on here. No BMC anywhere in the beer section - just local OH beers (Mt. Carmel, Great Lakes, Thirsty Dog, Christopher Moerlein), well-known imports (Duvel, Chimay, Sam Smith, and a few others which I cannot remember) and US craft (Left Hand, Sierra Nevada). So good quality beer can indeed be found here.
Service: It's a grocery store - no one hanging out in the back to answer beer questions but when you check out no problems and if you should ask someone a question as to where something is, they at least know the right part of the store if they don't know if the store has that specific item.
Food: I can't say that I had any food prepared fresh by the store, but the food I bought off the shelves worked just fine in the dished I cooked later. It's an organic / local produce store so I can't comment on the food they make in the store, but everything I bought was fine.
Value: I thought the prices were reasonable for an all-organic / local food store. I didn't think the beer prices were any greater/lesser than other places I've been. Let's say a bit more expensive than Trader Joe's and Belmont Party store, but a bit less expensive than Arrow and Dorothy Lane.
