Barley Haven is a nice homebrew shop in the 'burbs of Denver. It's the fifth homebrew shop I've visited in the area and I think my new favorite.
First off, this has to be the cleanest homebrew shop I've ever been in. The shelves are organized, the floor is clean and the whole place is well lit. While I have nothing against shops that feel a little like thrift stores, there's something about a clean and organized place that makes shopping easier.
The tremendous grain selection is mostly in rolling bins that can easily be moved over to the scale and mill. Outside of the grains, there's a good selection of other brewing supplies. If I came here with a big shopping list, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't walk out short something.
Barley Haven's staff is a nice group. They honestly seem interested in what you're brewing and are happy to give advice. I have to say that I will definitely be back.
